A:The Sircol collagen assay is calibrated for pepsin digests of collagen. I do not suggest using it for 1000Da fragments these will bind dye differently due to loss of structure, as a result the calibration will not be correct.

A:Yes, our products come with a Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) image on the Certificate of Analysis (COA). This is included even for 1mL sample orders.

Regarding the ordering process, please note that we do not accept Purchase Orders (POs) for 1mL sample volumes alone. These sample sizes are intended for evaluation purposes. We expect customers paying by PO to include a regular volume product in their order; they are then welcome to add sample volumes to that same order.
