2.  活细胞动态监测的光损伤

   长时间进行活细胞荧光成像会导致光漂白与细胞毒性。其 BRET 技术 利用生物发光作为光源,无需外源激发光,可在不干扰细胞生理状态的前提下,连续数小时监测蛋白互作或第二信使(如 cAMP)的动态变化。
