CHO HCP ELISA kit

The antibodies used in the kit were generated against and affinity purified from a cell lysate of CHO cells grown in serum supplemented media. All three of the Cygnus CHO HCP kits recognize a qualitatively vast majority of the same HCPs. The potential exists that the quantitative value reported for a given sample type may differ between the kits, therefore we cannot predict which kit will be most suitable for your applications. Formal qualification must be performed on each different product, to determine which of the 3 kits are superior. For labs looking at CHO HCP contamination for the first time, we suggest evaluating our CHO HCP ELISA, 3G, Catalog # F550. If this method proves inadequate then we suggest evaluating CHO HCP kits, Catalog #CM015 and F015.
